Boxing can be used as a tool for conditioning, coordination, and confidence — but it does not have to be the main focus.

  • Primal Athletics is not random workouts or basic rep counting. It is structured coaching built around strength, conditioning, performance, accountability, and confidence. Every session has a purpose, so you know what you are doing, why you are doing it, and how it helps you progress.

  • Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations will incur a $50 fee as a courtesy to my time and other clients.
